NGK BKR8EIX (2668) Laser Iridium Spark Plugs - 1.4 TSI EA111

Genuine NGK BKR8EIX (2668) Laser Iridium Spark Plugs

Colder Heat Range Upgrade for 1.4 TSI EA111 Engines

Designed for aggressively tuned 1.4 TSI EA111 engines, NGK BKR8EIX plugs are a one-step colder heat range than stock, making them ideal for Stage 2+ remaps, hybrid turbo builds, or track-driven cars running higher cylinder temps. They offer greater knock resistance and help keep combustion temps under control when you’re pushing power levels beyond factory specs.

🔍 Genuine & Verified
NGK spark plugs are among the most commonly counterfeited car parts. At High on Boost, we only stock 100% authentic NGK plugs, sourced directly from trusted UK distributors, so that you can shop with complete confidence.

🧊 What Does “Colder” Spark Plug Mean?

A colder spark plug has a shorter insulator nose that removes heat from the firing tip faster. This helps reduce the chance of knock (pre-detonation) in high-compression or high-boost conditions, perfect for cars running more aggressive remaps or track use. If you’re not pushing your setup hard, stick with the standard BKR7EIX.
