1. Returning Goods
1.1 Free Return Shipping:
We cover the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please use our Self-Serve Returns Portal - https://highonboost.com/pages/returns-portal

1.2 Condition of Returned Items:
You must return the goods unused, unfitted, and in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and inserts included. If an item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been used, fitted, installed, or is not re-saleable, we may refuse the return or apply a deduction where appropriate.
1.3 How to Return Items:
Detailed return or exchange instructions are sent to you via email once a return has been approved.
1.4 Non-Returnable Items (Consumables)
Spark plugs are a consumable service item. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for spark plugs that have been fitted, used, installed, or removed from their sealed packaging.
If the spark plugs are faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please report the issue in line with Section 4.
2. Refunds
2.1 Amount Refunded:
If you are returning a product for any reason, we will refund the product cost and shipping costs.
2.2 Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned goods and confirm their condition, we will process your refund within 7 working days.
3. Exchanges
Free exchanges are available for UK orders only.
High on Boost will cover any additional shipping costs for any exchange requests.

4. Reporting Defective or Damaged Items
4.1 Evidence Requirement:
If you believe you have received a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product. To support your claim, you may be required to provide the following evidence:
- Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
- Additional details about the issue, such as the part of the product affected and how the defect impacts its usability.
4.2 Review Process:
Once we receive the required evidence, we will review it and contact you within 3 business days to confirm whether the defect or damage qualifies for a replacement or refund. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
4.3 Failure to Provide Evidence:
If you fail to provide sufficient evidence of the defect or damage, we may be unable to process your claim.

1. Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This period is referred to as the "cooling-off period." To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel in writing (via email or our online returns portal) before the 14-day period expires.
2. Returning Goods
2.1 Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described, in which case we will cover the return shipping costs.
2.2 Condition of Returned Items:
You must return the goods in their original condition.. If the value of the goods is diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to deduct the reduction in value from your refund.
2.3 How to Return Items:
Please follow the instructions provided in our Returns Policy to ensure a smooth return process. If you have questions, contact our customer service team.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items (Consumables)
Spark plugs are a consumable service item. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for spark plugs that have been fitted, used, installed, or removed from their sealed packaging.

3. Refunds
3.1 Amount Refunded:
We will refund the cost of the product(s) only. Any original shipping charges you paid when placing your order are non-refundable unless the goods are defective, damaged, or not as described.
3.2 Processing Time:
Once we receive your returned goods and confirm their condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different size, colour, or item, you will need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund in accordance with this policy.
5. Reporting Defective or Damaged Items
5.1 For Orders Outside the UK:
If your order was shipped outside the United Kingdom and you believe the item is defective or damaged, you are required to provide video evidence to support your claim. This video must clearly show:
- The product being opened from its original, sealed packaging. The recording must start with the sealed packaging fully visible.
- Any defects or damage to the item.
Additionally, you may need to provide photos of the defect or damage to clarify the issue.
5.2 For Orders Within the UK:
For orders delivered within the United Kingdom, you are not required to provide video evidence when reporting a defective or damaged item. However, we may request photos to help assess your claim.
5.3 Review Process:
Once we receive the required evidence, we will review it and contact you within 3 business days to confirm whether the defect or damage qualifies for a replacement or refund. If your claim is approved, we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
5.4 Failure to Provide Evidence (for Orders Outside the UK):
If you fail to provide sufficient video evidence for orders shipped outside the UK, we may be unable to process your claim.
6. Exceptions to Returns
Certain items are exempt from the right to cancel or return, including but not limited to:
- Consumable service items once opened, handled, fitted, or used (e.g., spark plugs).
- Items returned in a condition that is not re-saleable (e.g., signs of installation/use, missing parts, or damaged/marked packaging).
