We work closely with Royal Mail to provide industry-leading delivery speeds and order tracking, just check our reviews! Over 99% of orders are out the door within 48 hours.

Pro Tip: Place your order before 1pm UK time (Monday to Friday) for same-day dispatch. If you're in a hurry, select Tracked 24 at checkout for UK next day delivery (excluding weekends and holidays).

Check your "Order Shipped" email for tracking details, and refer to the checkout page for the most accurate delivery estimates tailored to your address.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, but if we do not ship to your country and you would like us to, please contact us at contact@highonboost.com for a quote. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. High on Boost is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number (if you've selected a tracked shipping option). Please allow up-to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@highonboost.com with your name and order number (HOB#1234), and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is in its original condition, and we will refund the total order amount.
